Teddy combines a background in investment management with firsthand experience in general contracting and property renovation giving him a practical understanding of how properties function behind the walls, not just how they look on paper.
He believes that the best financial decisions are made with the right information and a clear understanding of how systems truly operate. By properly diagnosing issues before vendors are dispatched, Teddy helps associations reduce unnecessary costs, avoid ineffective repairs, and ensure problems are addressed promptly and accurately.

She also helps owners enhance the aesthetic appeal of their properties through finish selections, furnishing, styling, and thoughtful design improvements that create attractive, functional spaces with strong market appeal and long-term value.
